First tasks

This does several things:

• Move lab-styles to a common directory and update the tex files to use it
• Split the labs into exercises and tutorials
• Add a cmake build system
• Add a gitignore
• Remove automatically generated files (pdf, aux, log)

And maybe some other minor changes
